1. Copyright Ownership

All photographic works, artworks, images, visual compositions, and text displayed on this website, on promotional materials, and through affiliated platforms (including Shopify, Instagram, Pinterest, and physical exhibitions), are the original creations of Raymond Mather and are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright treaties.

Raymond Mather retains full copyright ownership of all works unless expressly transferred by a written contract.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • View, share, or link to content from ART1 for personal, non-commercial use
  • Purchase artworks for personal enjoyment or interior display

You may not:

  • Reproduce, download, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or exploit any images or text for commercial purposes without written permission from Raymond Mather
  • Use ART1 images on products, resale platforms, or for advertising, AI training, NFTs, or print reproduction

3. Purchase Does Not Equal Copyright Transfer

Purchasing a print or artwork from ART1 does not grant copyright or reproduction rights. All purchases are for personal display only unless otherwise licensed through a written agreement.
