Welcome to ART1 by Raymond Mather. By using this website and purchasing from ART1, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Overview

ART1 is an online fine art photography store offering limited edition, made-to-order prints created by Australian artist Raymond Mather. All artworks are produced and fulfilled through our trusted Australian production partner, Fantastic Framing (Maroubra NSW), and shipped to customers within Australia and internationally, including the USA and New Zealand.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Made to Order

All ART1 prints are made to order, ensuring each piece is handled with the highest level of craftsmanship and care.

  • As each artwork is custom produced, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Please ensure you review all product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before placing your order.

However, in the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery (or expected delivery) with photographs and relevant documentation. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


3. Shipping & Delivery

ART1 ships worldwide.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the production schedule.
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Any delays in transit are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to assist should any issue arise.

Note: The final shipped size includes an additional 7 cm white border for presentation and framing flexibility.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, accepting major credit and debit cards.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been successfully received.


5. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Raymond Mather, Raymond Mather Photography and ART1.

  • Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Purchasing a print grants you personal display rights only. It does not confer ownership of the image or licensing rights.


6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in every step of the ART1 experience, we are not liable for:

  • Delays due to courier services or customs.
  • Damage incurred due to incorrect handling after delivery.
  • Inaccuracies in customer provided shipping information.
