ART1 - Return & Refund Policy

At ART1, we are committed to ensuring your artwork arrives safely and meets your expectations. Each piece is printed to order with care and intention, and we stand behind the quality of every item we ship.


Change of Mind Returns

As all ART1 artworks are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizes, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

To qualify:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at raymond@art1.com.au
  • Include clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and any visible damage
  • Retain all original packaging until we advise further


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made to order prints
  • Commissioned or custom artworks
  • Framed artworks
  • Works marked as “clearance” or sold via exhibitions or auctions


Return Process (for approved cases)

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if necessary
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days after inspection

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
