ART1 ships worldwide using our sustainable Print–Roll–Send model. Each artwork is printed to order on museum-quality papers and securely shipped in heavy-duty art tubes for maximum protection.

Australian Orders

Flat rate: AU$25
Production time: 10-14 business days
Delivery time: 2-7 business days
Total estimated delivery window: 10–21 days (custom-made fine art prints)
Shipping method: Australia Post Standard Parcel
Fulfilment partner: Fantastic Framing, Maroubra NSW

International Orders

Secure worldwide shipping via international carriers.
All prints are shipped in museum-grade tubes.

Delivery time: 10–21 business days, depending on destination.
Customs/taxes: The recipient is responsible for any local import duties.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking notification via email as soon as your artwork has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Orders

ART1 stands behind the quality of every piece.
If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit:

• Notify us within 48 hours
• Include clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and issue
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes

Because all prints are custom made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
