Cliche Life - Boot Scootin' Baby - 90x60cm Horizontal (#266828v1)

Colourful gummy figures gather among miniature cowboy boots and sculptural hats in Boot Scootin Baby, a playful contemporary still life built around repetition, colour and scale.

Bright reds, yellow, orange and green contrast with shimmering blue and pink forms, while the reflective white surface extends the arrangement beyond the objects themselves. Selective focus moves through the composition, allowing individual characters to emerge from the larger gathering.

Part of Raymond Mather’s Cliché Life series, the work uses familiar objects, humour and visual associations to transform everyday cultural references into contemporary photographic still life.
