Needles And Pins - 266982v1 transforms a familiar expression into a colourful photographic still life, placing a group of gummy figures within a sprawling landscape of safety pins and brightly headed dressmaking pins.

Rising above the metallic tangle, a green figure becomes the central character while red, orange and yellow figures occupy different depths within the scene. Shallow focus exaggerates the sense of scale, turning ordinary sewing objects into an unexpectedly complex environment of intersecting lines, reflective surfaces and points.
